WELCOME TO PROKHAR WRAP

Skin for Every Story. Transform cars fast, profitably and with zero-compromise quality. PROKHAR wrap brings paint-like finishes, robust protection and limitless design choices to your workshop or product lineup — whether you’re a high-end auto-beauty shop, a regional distributor, or a trade partner supplying fleets.

A car wrap is a high-performance, multi-layer vinyl film applied to a vehicle’s exterior to change color, add graphics or protect the factory paint — all without permanent alteration. Modern wrap films are cast, paint-like films engineered for excellent conformability around curves and recesses, smooth seams, and long-term colour stability. Leading films feature repositionable/air-release adhesives and topcoats that speed installation while protecting the surface beneath.

Why PROKHAR wrap?

  • Designed for professionals: PROKHAR wrap is built for fast, efficient installs and repeatable, high-quality results that detailers and installers demand. That means fewer panels, cleaner seams and shorter labour time from prep to handover.
  • Flexible inventory, huge choice: single colour, two-tone, multi-panel mixes, or full custom graphics and printed wraps — PROKHAR supports every commercial need, from bespoke builds to fleet branding.
  • No damage, easy reversal: like the best vehicle wrap films on the market, PROKHAR wraps are removable without harming the underlying paint when installed and removed correctly — ideal for used-car resale, leased vehicles, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Built for durability: cast film construction and premium topcoats resist weathering, UV fade and everyday abrasion so finishes stay vibrant longer — a must for fleets and premium customers.
  • Higher margins, faster turnarounds: wrap jobs can be completed in a fraction of the time of a full respray, freeing bays and increasing throughput.
  • Recurring revenue & upsells: offer seasonal refreshes, protective overlay services, vinyl care kits, and removal/reinstall packages.
  • Lower risk for owners & higher resale value: removeability and paint protection make wraps attractive to owners and fleet managers alike.
  • Scalable SKUs: distributors can stock core PROKHAR colours and effects that sell to detailers and resellers across regions without the complexity of paint matching logistics.
  • Reversibility: Vinyl is removable — spray jobs require sanding and repainting, which permanently alters the car.
  • Speed & throughput: Full resprays take days and specialised booths; a full vehicle wrap completes in far fewer hours, freeing workshop capacity.
  • Consistent colour & complex effects: Special-effect paints need specialist mixing and application; PROKHAR wrapping film delivers the same visual complexity with far less variability.
  • Lower equipment cost & risk: Spray painting needs ovens, extractors and skilled bodywork; wraps avoid those fixed costs and reduce risk of paint-match failures.
  • Reduced downtime & higher resale value: Because the OEM paint is preserved, owners face less value loss than after aggressive sanding/repainting.
  • Environmental & health advantages: Fewer airborne solvents and less waste during installation compared with many spray-paint workflows.
  • Multi-layer construction: a premium PVC based gives the finish and stretch; a precision PET release-liner and engineered adhesive enable predictable installs and clean removals.
  • Optical clarity & gloss control: PET backing and a 3H surface treatment create a smooth, high-transmission layer that showcases colour depth and reduces surface texture (“orange peel”).
  • Structured adhesive & easy removal: low-residue adhesives engineered around PET liners reduce ghosting and leave the factory paint clean when removed at recommended temperatures.
  • Installation advantages: balanced tack and high elongation make this wrapping film ideal for complex panels, tight seams and multi-panel colour work without compromising finish uniformity.
  • Serviceability: panels can be swapped or patched with matching film quickly, letting detail shops offer affordable repair packages to customers.
  • Chemical resistance: the PVC/PET system withstands weak acids/bases and common petroleum products, protecting cars in harsh urban and coastal environments.
  • Advanced TPU core: PROKHAR TPU coloured PPF adds superior toughness — higher abrasion resistance, anti-yellowing and excellent flexibility for complex geometries.
  • Self-healing & scratch mitigation: micro-scratch recovery under heat reduces the visibility of swirl marks and light abrasions, keeping finishes showroom-fresh.
  • Hydrophilic surface: water-, dirt- and stain-shedding properties make maintenance simpler and extend visual life.
  • Uniform thickness & premium optics: minimal surface texture and even gauge produce vivid, consistent colour with strong UV and heat stability.
  • Stronger long-term protection: TPU resists environmental wear better than standard PVC, making it a great choice for premium builds, long-term fleet wraps and high-turnover show cars.
  • Custom finish options: available in bold colour-shift, ceramic-look and metallic effects — perfect for high-margin, eye-catching installs where both style and protection matter.
  • Installer-friendly performance: despite superior durability, TPU remains conformable and print-capable for branded and promotional work.

Product Structure

1. PET Gloss Protective Film Layer — Surface protection & finish control

A high-clarity PET protective film layer protects the film during transit and storage, ensuring the visible face arrives perfectly flat and free of handling blemishes. That controlled surface finish reduces micro-texture and produces a consistent gloss that installers rely on to achieve a zero-orange-peel look on vehicles — essential for premium PROKHAR wrap results.

2. RC Vinyl Protective Film Layer — Enhanced gloss, longevity, and weather resistance

A resilient vinyl protective layer boosts surface gloss by at least ~30% while serving as a barrier against corrosion, UV degradation, and cracking. This layer is the performance backbone that keeps color vivid and protects the visual effect of the color-shifting pigments over years rather than months — a cornerstone feature for high-end colored ppf and color changing film offerings.

3. Modified Polyurethane Color Layer — Rich color depth and tactile premium feel

Polyurethane is used for the color carrier to deliver saturated, multi-dimensional color and a smooth, tactile finish. This layer enables subtle gradients and crisp aesthetic transitions that make the color-changing effect convincing and premium-looking on curved surfaces.

4. Innovative Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Film — Special effects and durable color performance

An advanced PVC layer enables specialty effects (metallics, pearlescents, iridescence) and anchors the film’s colorfastness. Its engineered formulation prevents premature fading and supports more complex finishes familiar to global premium wrap lines.

5. High-Performance Low Initial Tack Acrylic PSA — Installer-friendly adhesion

Acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive with low initial tack makes alignment and repositioning straightforward during installation. Once set, the adhesive forms a secure bond that resists edge lifting yet removes cleanly without leaving residue or damaging OEM paint — a key selling point for professional installers and shop managers.

6. PET Custom Release Liner — Controlled handling & consistent installs

A dual-sided custom PET release liner with a high-density grid pattern delivers consistent release forces and guides trapped air out during application. The textured liner improves handling during cutting and reduces waste, supporting faster installs and a lower learning curve for new technicians.

1. Clear Protective Layer — Optical clarity & transport protection

A high-transparency outer film acts as the shipping safeguard. Its low-haze finish preserves pigment fidelity and gloss/matte appearance while preventing surface marring during storage and handling. By stabilizing the surface micro-texture, this layer helps installers achieve a smooth, orange-peel–free result on complex panels.

2. Topcoat / Self-Healing Coating — Durable surface with repairable scratches

A premium, chemically compatible topcoat provides anti-scratch, anti-stain, and hydrophilic behavior depending on finish choice (matte, satin, gloss). The self-healing property allows light surface scratches to recover with heat, improving long-term appearance and reducing warranty touch-ups.

3. Modified TPU Color Core / Pigmented TPU Layer — Color integrity plus mechanical resilience

Pigmented TPU is compounded so color and substrate act as one continuous matrix rather than a laminated paint film. This approach prevents delamination or pigment flaking and delivers exceptional elasticity, impact resistance, and stone-chip protection. Alternatively, a guarded architecture combining a transparent TPU overlayer with a saturated base color achieves both protection and vivid depth.

4. Acrylic Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive (Low Initial Tack / High Peel) — Installer-first adhesion system

Acrylic PSA formulated with low initial tack allows accurate positioning and repositioning during placement; after settling it develops strong peel strength and edge integrity. The balance prevents edge lift while enabling clean removals without paint damage.

5. PET Custom Release Liner — Handling, cutting, and storage stability

A dimensionally stable PET release liner with a smooth surface supports clean cutting, consistent dispense, and controlled unwind forces. The liner protects the adhesive through transport and simplifies roll handling on job sites and in warehouses.

Quality guarantee (applies by product category within the stated warranty period):

  • Guarantee the film’s adhesion — no spontaneous deformation, delamination or natural detachment from the vehicle surface.
  • Guarantee the film’s appearance — no obvious fading from sunlight.
  • Guarantee clean removal — the film will leave virtually no adhesive residue and will not cause original factory paint to flake or peel (damage to areas that have been repainted is excluded).

PROKHAR car wraps are all high-end. Official warranty: PVC (upgraded PET release layer) — 2 years; TPU car wraps — 3 years. If any of the above issues occur, the affected film will be replaced.

  1. It is recommended to perform maintenance quarterly to prevent stubborn stains from corroding the color-change film.
  2. If stubborn stains occur, or if the film is contaminated with corrosive substances such as bird droppings, insect remains, or wedding confetti/streamers, wash or wipe the vehicle promptly, or visit an authorized shop for professional treatment.
  3. Avoid using cleaning tools that can damage the film surface.

After installation, do not drive on expressways or at high speeds for five days. Do not use high-pressure car washes or direct high-pressure rinsing along body edges and seams during this period. Exposure to rain does not affect normal vehicle use. Please return to the shop for an inspection within one week after completion. If bubbling or edge lifting appears later, contact the shop promptly for repair.
