Blades use 6063-T5 aluminum (tensile 215 MPa, yield 160 MPa, elongation 15%, Brinell ~60 HB, shear ~150 MPa) with patented geometry tuned by momentum theory. Internal structure: two connected “E” ribs plus four independent ribs for low weight, high strength and controlled flex during clamp-up so bolts seat without cracking. T5 heat-treatment + coating prevents tip sag and fatigue — big sweep, premium look.
