Terms of ExcellenceTo ensure the Self-healing top coat durability and performance of our films, PROKHAR products are exclusively warranted when applied by an Authorized Installer certification holder.
- Activation: The warranty period begins on the date of installation, validated by activation in our digital system.
- Eligibility: Warranty is valid only for products correctly applied and maintained according to our Premium Film Maintenance Guide.
- Scope: PROKHAR covers the cost of the replacement film for valid claims. Please note: Labor costs are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
The Scope of Protection
Acceptable ClaimsWe guarantee the integrity of our films against manufacturing defects for the duration of their specific series class. Our Anti-yellowing guarantee and adhesion policy cover:

Warranty Exclusions & Eligibility
To maintain the Luxury Market Presence of PROKHAR, the following are excluded from coverage:
- Non-Certified Installation: Any application by an unauthorized or non-trained installer.
- Pre-existing Defects: Failure to inspect the film for visible manufacturing defects prior to installation.
- Environmental & External Force: Damage from “Acts of God,” accidents, or exposure to strong acids/alkalis.
- Improper Aftercare: Damage caused by automatic car washes or harmful cleaning chemicals.
- Unauthorized Removal: Paint damage resulting from improper film removal by the owner (Professional removal is required).

- The Curing Period: Do not wash the vehicle for at least 72 hours to allow the adhesive to fully bond.
- The Hand-Wash Method: We strongly recommend hand washing with pH-neutral soap and a soft microfiber mitt.
- High-Pressure Caution: Avoid direct spraying of film edges with high-pressure nozzles, steam cleaners, or automated car wash brushes.
- Contaminant Removal: Remove bird droppings, insects, and road tar immediately to prevent permanent staining and maintain chemical resistance and stain rejection.
